The recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices during their apprenticeship shall be without discrimination because of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex.

The Pipe Fitters Local 533 Educational Training Fund will take affirmative action to provide equal opportunity in apprenticeship and will operate the apprenticeship program as required under Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30.

The next weld test session will be on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 7 AM. Contact Pete Smith at the Training Center to reserve a spot. All UA members in good standing may participate. Proof of current dues is required.

All UA members are welcome to come in from 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Thursday to practice welding, provided arrangements are made with Pete Smith prior. You must be current on your dues to do so.

Wednesday Night Welding has resumed. Welding practice sessions begin at 4:00 PM each Wednesday this summer. Call the Training Center to sign up.

Weld Continuities will be submitted online ONLY. This can be done through Union Fusion or PFTC533.com. If you need guidance, give Pete Smith a call at the Training Center.
